Why You Have To Be On TikTok Shop
Here's what we've learned

I probably sound like a broken record…
But TikTok Shop (and social commerce in general) is arguably the biggest thing to hit e-commerce since Amazon
In February I shared what we knew so far about how to set up and scale TikTok Shop
Thousands of you have watched that presentation…
There is a problem though.
The strategy of what actually works has been shifting and we have been at the forefront of what that strategy is, and looks like for A LOT OF BRANDS!
So what’s changed?
We used to think that all you had to do was reach out to a bunch of affiliates and they would all say yes + work with you very easily and post willingly for you… and while that is true in theory - there is so much more that you have to do before you get to that level (more on that below)
We used to think that EVERY SINGLE BRAND could and should be on Tiktok shop - we don’t believe that anymore - but… that comes with a caveat (which again I’ll explain soon)
We used to think that the only place that you could source influencers was through TT shop affiliate centre (and oh wow were we ever wrong about that!)
On top of the above… so much has changed. In fact - yesterday TikTok just introduced this messaging limit for low GMV brands! (don’t worry there is a solve!
There is so many learnings that we’ve come across over the last few months that I WANT TO SHARE WITH YOU!
