There’s one email that I read every single day…

And no it’s not my own! hahah

Before I tell you what it exactly is… let me tell you a story

Back in 2021 something massive changed.. (ios 14.5 anyone?)

Sales plummeted for our brands

Profitability seemed impossible

At that time we were like most sub-10 million dollar brands and we tracked our profitability in our heads haha - and also 2 weeks after month end and everything was reconciled (sound familiar?)

But when IOS 14.5 hit and NCAC doubled we needed to know the numbers to stop the bleeding

We searched around and found a great app called Lifetimely (this email isn’t about them)

It was a great platform and got the job done in 2021 - but I found that I wanted and needed more out of a daily profit tracking platform - one that was proactive!

I wanted something that had…

• AI suggestions built-in

• Profitability Tracking

• Advertising Channel-by-Channel Reports

• Daily Email Reports

• Benchmarks and Suggestions​

• A Unified Dashboard

• A beautiful UI

And then I found Store Hero and tried them out on a consulting client of mine and I was so happy with the platform i wanted to share it here (we caught a huge profit issue and turned it around within a day - cut 3K of wasted spend almost immediately)!

My biggest suggestion is… whatever tool you decide to use - make sure you are on top of your profitability daily.

It makes all the difference when things are tight!
