Hey all - Happy Monday - I know a lot of you work at BIG brands and I wanted to help you out (this is for the little guys too)

Most brands are still sitting on the sidelines ignoring TikTok shop… mostly because the C-suite doesn’t “get it”!

Let me help.

If I was an enterprise CMO presenting “why TikTok Shop” to the board…

I’d keep it painfully simple. 👇 (copy these into your own slides lol)

Slide 1: The growth math is not normal

TikTok Shop’s US ecommerce sales are projected to hit $23.41B in 2026… up 48% YoY. ()

“Normal ecommerce” is not compounding like that…

For context, the US Census pegged 2024 ecommerce at +8.1% (total retail +2.8%). ()
And Q3 2025 ecommerce was +5.1% YoY (total retail +4.1%). ()

So yeah…

This is one of those moments where the spreadsheet says “test”…
…but the market says “land grab.”

Slide 2: TikTok Shop is a distribution model, not a channel

Entertainment → discovery → checkout.

Creators are now the shelf. (or the sales people at the shelf)

Adobe found affiliates/partners (including influencers) drove 17.6% of ALL online holiday revenue… and that share is growing. ()

Translation…

Your best “media buy” might be a creator who already has trust with your customer.

Slide 3: The cost of waiting is permanent

Early movers lock in assets that get expensive later:

  • Creator relationships that repeat

  • Review velocity + social proof (this is basically Amazon now)

  • On-platform search share

  • Affiliate momentum

You can’t buy back “first credible brand in the category.”

And enterprise brands that win this wave won’t be the ones with the biggest budgets…

They’ll be the ones with the best operating system.

What we’re beta releasing

We’re opening up something new…

The TikTok Shop Operating System.

It’s the exact system we install inside every brand we work with at Social Commerce Club
…but now we’re offering it to any brand doing $10M+.

“Wait… even if we already work with an agency?”

Yes. We’ll help your agency get better results, faster.

Because most teams don’t need “more effort”…

They need:

  • a clean launch plan (so your shop doesn’t look empty)

  • a creator engine you can repeat (not random gifting)

  • a data-backed way to find what’s already converting

  • a path to scale social proof (paid + creators + live)

Want to test it with my team?

We have room for 5 operating installs this month.

If you want us to walk you through the OS and see if you’re a fit…

Talk soon,
Jordan
